This account was set up
for those people and businesses that have large
balances but cannot tie up the funds for a long
period of time because of liquidity needs. Rather
than let those funds sit in a checking account and
not earn interest we suggest this account. With the
CD Flex Account the higher the balance, the higher
the interest rate earned on the account.
A deposit of $10,000
is required to open the account. The balance cannot
fall below $2500 or there will be a service charge
of $10.00 per month. You may make six withdrawals
from the account per month, three of which may be
checks written to a third party. There will be a
charge of $3.00 per withdrawal in excess of six per
month. |
