through Friday. Does this include your lobby, too?
A - Yes! The whole bank is open!!
Q - When do you start your next business day?
A - 4:00pm Monday through Friday
Q - What is the minimum to open a free
checking account?
A - $100.00
Q - What is the minimum needed to open a
savings account?
A - A minimum of $100 is required to open a
savings account. A service charge of $5.00 per
quarter will be assessed if the average balance is
less than $500.
Q - Is there a service charge for
child/student savings account?
A - No service charge for those individuals
under the age of 18.
Q - Are there fees with your Advantage ATM
card?
A - No, not for our customers on the machines
we own. If you use an Advantage machine that is not
owned by ASB, there is a $1 fee; $2 if you use any
other brand ATM.
Q - I forgot my Advantage PIN (personal
identification number). Can you help?
A - If you received your Advantage ATM or POS
card from American State Bank – yes, we can help! We
will immediately contact the Advantage Network
online with your request and you should have your
PIN in the mailbox the very next day!
Q - Can I select my own PIN for my ATM or POS
card?
A - You can use any 4 numbers that would be
easy for you to remember; however, you need to start
with the PIN that Advantage provides. You may go to
any Advantage ATM and make the change yourself.
